Formulation Research
Every candidate compound is evaluated against peer-reviewed sports nutrition literature. If it doesn't have documented efficacy at our dosing levels, it doesn't make it in.
Osmolality Optimization
We use iterative osmolality testing to refine the formula until absorption kinetics match blood plasma at 285 mOsm/kg. This took 47 iterations across 8 months.
Athlete Trial Program
200+ athletes across running, cycling, CrossFit, team sports, and gym training tested the formula over 6 months. We tracked performance, soreness, and hydration markers.

Every ingredient is cross-referenced against the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. BaselineH₂O is safe for competitive athletes at all levels, including professional leagues.
Natural Coconut Water Extract
Our coconut water extract is cold-processed to preserve natural electrolyte content while eliminating sugars. It amplifies potassium absorption without adding a single gram of sugar.
Fermentation-Derived BCAAs
Our BCAAs are derived via vegetable fermentation — not synthetic production or animal keratin extraction. Cleaner source, higher bioavailability, and vegan-compatible.
